Positive Birth Program
We will cover everything you need to know to enable you to have a positive birth experience - no matter what that looks like for you. So what are you getting when you book with me? Up to 12hrs of up to date, relevant information - delivered by a midwife who still works in the system and understands how it works. The booking is for you AND your support person (or you can totally come alone if you prefer).
You will be provided with a modern and relevant Positive Birth Course folio containing course handouts, visualisations and practice material. Hypnobirthing Australia™ relaxation/self hypnosis tracks (4 long play tracks) with music, affirmations and all with an Australian accent. The birth videos shown in class are current, Australian births.
Ongoing support from me in the form of email or phone calls or even an extra catch up in person if you need it. Our classes are run in our own studio in Malak. Still have questions? Send me an email!!

Do you have Private Health Insurance? Contact your health fund to see if you can claim the cost of your classes, remember to mention it's antenatal classes with a midwife.
Want to do the course online at your own pace?Our online course is available and is the closest you will get to attending hypnobirthing classes in person or via zoom. The course contains HIGH quality resources (our famous eBook, downloads, most popular hypnobirthing mp3 tracks for pregnancy and birth) AND most importantly, over 6 hours of professional VIDEO tuition by Australia's leading expert in hypnobirthing, Melissa Spilsted. You can also pair it with a face to face session with Nicole Jackson so you can ask all your questions and feel supported leading up to your birth.
